CREPES

Bro. "N" came in to show us how to make his crepes, which he admits are just an easy thin pancake. Still yummy and fun to make.
this recipe is a dump it in or just add "ish" after every measurement.
First have a pan heating up on the stove then spray oil into the pan and wipe the excess out.
1 c. pancake mix
1Tbs. veg oil
1 egg
1 Tbs sugar
add water to a thin pancake batter, not too much or it will just be watery.
pour a pancake size in the pan and swirl the batter around the pan to thin out the crepe. when bubbles start to pop flip it over then plate. fill middle with pie filling of your choice then roll it up and top with whipped cream.
